Kemstream at ALD 2016 in Dublin

Kemstream will exhibit at ALD 2016 conference from July 24 to July 27 in Dublin, Ireland. Kemstream will present its innovative Vapbox DLI (Direct Liquid Injection) Vapbox vaporizers. Vapbox vaporizers can handle a very wide range of ALD and CVD precursors including solid, low vapor pressure and thermally unstable ones. Kemstream will display an injection head, the key part of all its DLI (Direct Liquid Injection) Vapbox vaporizers.
